  • Customizable email sender name 

    When e-mails are sent from LEF the e-mail client (for example Outlook or Gmail) determines what is shown as sender information. This can be the whole email address or just past of it.
    In order to have infuence on this to increase the readability of the e-mails it is now possible to enter the sender name in LEF. This name can be set in the details of the employee. 

    If no name has been set yet, e-mailing from LEF will work the same as before. For all employees within LEF who have entered the same e-mail address at 'E-mail (login)' as at 'Sender e-mail', the 'Sender name' is automatically filled with the first name, prefix and surname from LEF. 

    If you want add or change your sender name but you don’t have the rights to the application management of LEF you can contact your companies LEF administrator.

  • The name of the employee who viewed a lead is available in BI API 

    The field ‘Naam medewerker actie ingezien’, which can be translated to ‘Name of employee who viewed the action', has been available in the LEF report for some time. This reports who viewed the lead in LEF and can be used to gain insight into whether the same person also follows up on the lead or is cherry picking. This field is now also available in the BI API and can therefore be used in external reporting tooling.
