Releasenote LEF July 4th 2023 (EN)

Release: LEF
Datum: 4th of July 2023

Summary release

  • Change lead information

It is now possible to change the data of the lead so that it can be followed up correctly, for example with the right closing reasons. The data that can be changed are Leadtype (sales or aftersales), Initiative (customer, car company or importer), Kind (for example test drive, quote or workshop appointment) and Location.

With the right authorisations, it is possible to directly change the lead data in the lead detail screen.

A new authorization 'Change lead data' has been added for being able to change the lead data. This new authorization is automatically added to all LEF users with the authorization for 'Qualifications'.

In addition to the authorization, the conditions for being able to change the lead data are; the lead must be an open lead and it may not be an importer lead (A leads which has been delivered by directly by the importer).

Changing this data may trigger a change in the qualification. Therefore, every change to this data is saved as a separate action in the LEF action report.

A user remains in the lead detail screen after saving the changes, but it is possible (due to the settings of the new qualification and/or new location) that this user is no longer allowed to follow up the lead. LEF clearly reports this when the user presses 'Start conversation'.

  • Relation comments behind 'edit relation' button

Due to the new functionality to change lead data, the total overview has also been slightly adjusted. The large edit buttons have been converted to more subtle pins. And to keep the overview clear, the comments for relationship have been moved. These are now visible behind the 'edit relation' button.

Research showed that the comments are primarily used by employees who also make an adjustment to the relation data and then add a comment. If there is a comment, it will of course be immediately visible with the relation data.

  • Luxembourg holidays

In general, LEF looks at the opening hours of the car company for meeting deadlines, except for holidays. LEF automatically marks these days as closed in advance, so that deadlines cannot fall on these days. The specific national holidays were already filled in for the Netherlands and Belgium and now also for Luxembourg. LEF looks at the country settings of the LEF environment to determine the correct holidays.
