- LEF Chat: Sending Photos, Videos, and Files via WhatsApp
The customer chat functionalities have been expanded. It is now possible to easily send photos, videos, and files (such as PDF or Word documents) to customers through WhatsApp.
- LEF Chat: Chat Template Management Screen
A management screen for chat templates is now available, where you can view the contents of the templates.

- Appointment Duration in "Conversation Successful"
When a chat leads to a successful follow-up and an appointment is scheduled, you can now specify the duration of the appointment.
- Enhanced Chat Follow-Up Times
The visual representation of follow-up times for chats has been improved. This makes it easier to see the current status of a chat and identify whether it requires attention.
Fixed/ Bugfix:
- New Chats Now Immediately Visible
New chat conversations with customers (where no previous chat history exists) now appear instantly in the conversation list.
(Previously, these only became visible once the customer read the message. This issue has been resolved.)
- Merged Customer Records Search Issue
In rare cases, merged customer records were no longer searchable. This issue has been fixed.
- Various Typos and Styling Issues Resolved
Minor spelling errors and design inconsistencies have been corrected.
