Lead Closure Reasons are Displayed in Alphabetical Order
Previously, newly added closure reasons were always placed at the bottom of the list. We have now improved this by sorting the list of closure reasons alphabetically. This makes it easier for users to recognize and select the correct closure reason.
Lead List: Opening Leads is Now Consistent with How Chats Are Opened
With the introduction of LEF Chat, a new way of opening chats from the chat list was introduced for LEF Chat users. Chats can be opened by clicking on the row in the list. This interaction method has now also been implemented for opening leads in the lead list. This adjustment ensures a smoother user experience when opening leads on both desktop and mobile.
